A replica of the battle helmet worn by the infamous Immortal "The Kurgan" (Clancy Brown) in the cult sci-fi action film Highlander. The film follows Connor MacLeod (Christopher Lambert), an Immortal who has lived for centuries, changing identity to stay hidden from his kind and avoid losing his head as part of the “Game”. With only a handful of Immortals remaining, a warrior from Connor’s past returns for his head. In the end, there can be only one…
This helmet was cast from a mould of an original, unfinished Kurgan helmet from the 1986 production. Seen on the fields of medieval Scotland, the Kurgan wore a helmet such as this as part of his imposing animalistic bone armour during the great battle between the Clan MacLeod and the Fraser clan. Made to look like the skull of a massive tiger, the helmet has been made in fibreglass and finished in metallic bronze paint. A long mane of hair with dreadlock-like braids flows from the forehead to the rear of the helmet, only adding to the intimidating look of the piece.

A fantastic replica that has been lovingly rendered, the piece remains in excellent condition, measuring approximately 54cm x 42cm x 24cm (21.25” x 16.5” x 9.5”).
