A The Kurgan armour costume design illustration from the production of Russell Mulcahy's action-fantasy Highlander.

The Kurgan wore his armour during battles with Connor MacLeod (Christopher Lambert) and Ramirez (Sean Connery) throughout the film.

This original concept design artwork for that very costume is hand-illustrated by Academy Award®-winning costume designer James Acheson, who has also signed his name in the bottom right corner of the depiction. The piece is rendered in pencil, watercolour, and ink on paper, and it features labels for the costume's different components. The piece is held inside a black wooden frame. Dimensions: 55.25 cm x 43.25 cm x 2.75 cm (21.75" x 17" x 1")
