This is a Pseudo Pinhead puppet from the 2011 horror film Hellraiser Revelations. This particular piece was used for shots when nails were seen being driven into Pseudo Pinhead’s head. The puppet begins at the chest and is made of foam with the neck, painted red and flesh colored, and a foam latex head appliance attached to the foam base. The appliance features real metal nails throughout, each of which have been driven in at different lengths. The foam latex appliance and painted neck portion has been created to resemble being “skinned” with muscle tissue exposed and the head features the iconic sliced square grid pattern. This piece is in good condition.
