A Pillar of Souls SFX Pinhead face from Anthony Hickox's horror sequel Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth. In a deleted scene montage, Pinhead's (Doug Bradley) face became visible on the Pillar of Souls that J.P. (Kevin Bernhardt) unwittingly purchased as art.

This fiberglass SFX face mask is painted in shades of gray and teal with hollow metal nails inset at the intersections of grid-like cuts and a raised point on the back that forms a loop. White twine designed to push the nails into the head, a process which would then be reversed in post-production to show them "growing out," is attached to the brass-and silver-color nails' openings. The mask exhibits exposed fiber, unsealed edges, missing components, chipping, and notable paint marks. Dimensions: 11" x 8.5" x 7" (28 cm x 22 cm x 18)
