A Chatterer III (Mike J. Regan) mask and costume from Rick Bota's horror sequel Hellraiser: Hellworld. Chatterer notably appeared alongside Pinhead (Doug Bradley) and the Bound Cenobite (Gary J. Tunnicliffe) when the Host (Lance Henriksen) opened the Lament Configuration in a motel room. The items in this lot were made by special effects designer Gary J. Tunnicliffe, who later directed Hellraiser: Judgment.

The foam-latex mask features disfigured skin, a stretched open mouth revealing a set of discoloured teeth, and multiple incorporated silver-coloured cord pieces replicating metal hooks. There is an opening at the back which is hidden by a faux-leather strip. The costume comprises a black foam-latex tunic and a pair of intentionally distressed black imitation leather trousers (size 32). A zip runs down the back of the tunic and is hidden by a removable leather strip, adhered via two long strips of Velcro. The lot displays signs of wear, including cracks and flaking on the foam-latex components, and some of the Velcro on the tunic has become unstuck over time.
