A Pinhead (Doug Bradley) promotional bust from the production of Clive Barker's British horror film Hellraiser. The bust was created by Bob Keen at Image Animation, who designed the makeup and special effects for the production, as a reference for the character's appearance.

The bust is made from fibreglass, finished in the character's bleached white skin tone. It features Pinhead's renowned carved grid pattern and fixed metal nails. Dimensions: 26 cm x 53 cm x 42 cm (10.25" x 20.75" x 16.5")
