Hellboy's stunt (Todd Bryant) face appliance from the Guillermo Del Toro fantasy action film, Hellboy. Recovered from a Nazi ritual site during World War II, Hellboy (Ron Perlman) grows to maturity in the care of the Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defence (BPRD). When Rasputin (Karel Roden) returns to try and complete the ritual that brought Hellboy to Earth and bring about the end of the world, it's up to the BPRD to stop him before it's too late.

Made for Ron Perlman's stunt double, the facial appliance is made of foam latex and has been painted to match Hellboy's devilish appearance. A loose chin piece is included, though not attached to the appliance. The appliance shows some wear due to production use and age, but remains in good condition.
