A Hellboy (Ron Perlman) 'Old Color' bald cap from the Guillermo Del Toro fantasy action film, Hellboy. Recovered from a Nazi ritual site during World War II, Hellboy (Ron Perlman) grows to maturity in the care of the Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defence (BPRD). When Rasputin (Karel Roden) returns to try and complete the ritual that brought Hellboy to Earth and bring about the end of the world, it’s up to the BPRD to stop him before it’s too late.
The bald cap is made from foam latex and covers most of the scalp and features ears as well as open holes where the horns would be placed. The head cap has been painted in a dark shade of red to match Hellboy's devilish appearance and rests on a clear plastic vacuform tray labelled "Perlman." Also included are four pairs of appliance strips, all resting on clear plastic vacuform trays labelled "Blend."
The appliances show some wear from production, but remains in good overall condition.
