"Heavy Metal" is a Canadian adult animated science-fantasy anthology directed by Gerald Potterton. Featuring voices by John Candy, Eugene Levy, and Harold Ramis, it adapts stories from "Heavy Metal" magazine, presenting interconnected tales linked by a malevolent force. Known for its graphic violence, sexuality, and nudity, the film used multiple animation studios simultaneously to speed production.
