Marco's (Demian Bichir) "Bob the Mexican" costume from Quentin Tarantino's The Hateful Eight. Major Marquis Warren (Samuel L. Jackson) shot Marco upon discovering that he was masquerading as Bob the Mexican, the caretaker of Minnie's Haberdashery.

The Hateful Eight was extensively critically acclaimed, earning three Academy Award® nominations. Its ensemble cast was particularly well-praised, with Bichir earning notice from such awards bodies as the Critics Choice Awards and the International Cinephile Society.

This costume consists of a grey rabbit felt cowboy-style hat with a brown leather band on the exterior and a darker brown leather band on the interior numbered "3" and hand-marked "S" and "Brown Road" in ink; a brown and grey cable knit woollen scarf; a custom hooded overcoat known by production as the "coat of many cats," made from various synthetic furs, and lined on the interior with fabric patches for sealing squib holes; a handwoven and colourfully-patterned green woollen Ortega's vest (Size 42) with metallic grey trim and wood buttons; a brown woollen collared henley; an off-white cotton and polyester Ralph Lauren henley undershirt (Size L); black leather Gaspar gloves, one of which is hand-marked "CHX" on the interior; a blue and grey striped cotton apron; a brown leather belt (Size 34) stamped with Southwestern patterns; brown leather gaiters hand-marked "L" and "R," respectively, with teardrop patterns and metal buckles and rivet; brown and grey striped cotton Ralph Lauren trousers (Size 36x32); and a pair of brown leather Lucchese boots (U.S. size 11 1/2) stamped with matching eight-digit inventory numbers on their interiors.

Also included is a production wardrobe tag labelled "Bob the Mexican (Marco) Change 1" and "Clean 4," as well as a colour-printed behind-the-scenes still of Bichir in costume.

The costume is intentionally distressed by production with faded colours, cracked leather, various tears, staining, and grime applied to appear well-worn and exposed to elements.
