An original production-used resin cast, used to create the face of Voldemort, in Chris Columbus’ 2001 adaptation of the first of JK Rowling’s popular books.
Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe) learns on his eleventh birthday that he is the orphaned son of two powerful wizards and possesses unique magical powers of his own. He is summoned from his life as an unwanted child to become a student at Hogwarts, an English boarding school for wizards. There, he meets several friends (Emma Watson, Rupert Grint) who become his closest allies and help him discover the truth about his parents' mysterious deaths.
This item is a detailed rendering of Voldemort’s (Richard Bremmer) face as it appears in the back of Professor’s Quirrell’s (Ian Hart) head in the dramatic climax to the film. It would have been created by the production when designing how Voldemort would look.
It is made of resin and displays some signs of handling, production use and storage but otherwise remains in very good condition.
