A "Proclamation No. 75" from David Yates' fantasy adventure sequel Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Various numbered proclamations were nailed to the walls of Hogwarts during Dolores Umbridge's (Imelda Staunton) reign as headmistress, each of which issued strict rules to students.

This proclamation reads, "PROCLAMATION. EDUCATIONAL DECREE NO. 75. All pets other than owls are confined to house common rooms and dormitories. All owls are confined to the owlery unless undertaking a delivery". It features Umbridge's signature, and is printed on deliberately aged paper. Dimensions: 37 cm x 25 cm (14.5" x 10")
