Prophecy orb and stand from David Yates' Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Prophecy orbs were kept in the Hall of Prophecy, a chamber within the Ministry of Magic where Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe) and his companions fought Death Eaters.

The prophecy orb is made of clear acrylic and contains wool and fibers which may have been used to create the swirling, cloudy effect seen in the film and decorated with a gold-color metal band around the exterior center. Included with the orb is a gold-color painted resin stand. This lot exhibits scuffing to the orb and chipped paint on the stand. Dimensions: (display) 7.5" x 7.5" x 12.5" (19 cm x 19 cm x 31.75 cm)
