"Hunting season... is over."
A clapperboard from the production of the 1993 action film Hard Target, starring Jean-Claude Van Damme and notable as the Hollywood directorial debut of Hong Kong action legend John Woo.

This iconic symbol of the movie industry is predominantly plastic with wooden clappers and a metal hinge. The clapper features a faded black and white arrow design and the plastic body is white with blue boxes. Tape is attached to the plastic and the film's title, director and camera operator are written on it. The roll, scene and take numbers are written in thick black pen. 'COMMON MARKER' is written in pen on tape attached to the back of the board. There is also some faded writing on the back of the wooden clapper. The date on the board is '5-29-93', indicating when this was used.

This clapperboard has some wear from production use. There are marks where tape used to be, and the paint on the clapper has faded. One of the letters has fallen off the front, there are several scuffs and scratches from use and there are some flecks of paint on it. Overall it is in a very good condition.
