Metro Tartan, 1993

Announcing the Tartan UK release of John Woo's action opus, this British Quad for Hard Boiled does so with gusto. The poster features a war-ridden Chow Yun-Fat, Woo's frequent early collaborator, holding both an innocent baby and not-so-innocent shotgun, sports reviews, director touting, and even the theaters it played at that set the period. Not to mention this quad is personally autographed by Director John Woo.

The rolled poster shows some wrinkling and wear to the upper right edge. There is a tiny pinhole in each corner. The signature is very well done.

Hong Kong action maestro John Woo's international breakthrough movie, starring Chow Yun-fat as a tough cop who teams up with an undercover agent (Tony Leung) to bring down the Hong Kong mob. This was Woo's last Cantonese-language movie before relocating to Hollywood.
