Hancock's (Will Smith) suit from Peter Berg’s superhero action-comedy Hancock. Struggling with his powers and his lack of self-identity, the ageless superhuman John Hancock (Will Smith) tries to do good but invariably does harm to the city of Los Angeles. A chance meeting with PR guy Ray (Jason Bateman) gives Hancock a shot at redemption – though Ray’s wife Mary (Charlize Theron) leaves him with questions about his past.
Hancock wears his suit when he goes out to dinner with Ray and Mary. The suit consists of a jacket, shirt, pants and shoes. The pale grey single-breasted jacket and pants are custom-made and are made of cotton. The black silk shirt was custom made by Anto Beverly Hills and has sewn-in labels marked "WS" and "August 2007."' The black leather shoes are made by Dolce & Gabbana and are labelled as a size 11. Also included with the costume are two wardrobe tags with notes from the production.
The costume shows minimal signs of wear and remains in excellent overall condition.
