First Lieutenant cloak and hat from Wes Anderson’s 2014 crime comedy film The Grand Budapest Hotel.

The humorous and mysterious adventures of Gustave H (Ralph Fiennes), a legendary concierge at a famous hotel from the fictional Republic of Zubrowka between the first and second World Wars, and Zero Moustafa (Tony Revolori), the lobby boy who becomes his most trusted friend.

First Lieutenants wore their costumes while aiding Henckels (Edward Norton) in tracking down M. Gustave (Ralph Fiennes) and Zero (Tony Revolori) and notably when the military commandeer the hotel when war breaks out. The costume includes a grey woollen collared cloak hand-labelled ‘PM5’ and a tall black felt and leather military hat labelled ‘PM5 Ricardo’. Both pieces also feature ‘Hero Collection’ labels attached to their interiors.
This costume exhibits very little wear from production use and remains in overall excellent condition.
