Our expert's notes

A pair of proton grenades from Paul Feig's Ghostbusters. After a conversation with Mayor Bradley (as played by Andy Garcia), Dr. Jillian Holtzmann (as played by Kate McKinnon) created several new weapons for the Ghostbusters to combat New York City's ghosts, including grenades used in the final battle.

This lot consists of two different variants of grenades composed of resin, plastic, foam, and rubber painted predominately black with red accents, and black-and-yellow caution stripe decals. Both grenades have wires attached. The "repel" grenade features a static countdown timer on "500," while the "air filter" grenade features a strip of white tape hand-marked "POUS" in black ink. This lot exhibits notable glue residue, and pitting. Dimensions: (each) 2.5" x 2.5" x 5" (6.5 cm x 6.5 cm x 12.75 cm)

Contains electronics; see electronics notice in the Buyer's Guide.

Estimate: $1,500 - 3,000
