A master casting of the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man's head from the production of Ivan Reitman's Ghostbusters. After the Ghostbusters failed to stop Gozer (Slavitza Jovan), the Gozerian took the form of a giant, smiling Stay Puft Marshmallow Man and attacked New York City. The sequence was achieved with a combination of model miniatures and live-action photography.

This extremely rare full-scale, latex-skinned polyfoam Marshmallow Man head was molded and cast by the Mold Department from an original clay sculpture by effects artist Linda Frobos at Entertainment Effects Group (EEG) and used thereafter as a master head from which to produce new castings. It originates directly from a crew member.

The head features indented eyebrows, a smiling mouth, and seam running across the top. It exhibits stray stains, scuffs, and minor discoloration to the foam from production use and age. Dimensions: 18" x 15" x 17" (45.75 cm x 38.25 cm x 43.25 cm)
