Eva Galli's (Alice Krige) test head made by makeup effects master Dick Smith for John Irvin's horror film Ghost Story. In the film, two generations of men were haunted by a spectral woman who sought revenge for her death.

Created to test SFX makeup, this foam reference bust features a brown synthetic wig applied to the rotting face of Eva with bulging white plastic eyes, clear irises, and the right side of the face rotted away to bare exposed teeth. The bust is intentionally distressed to appear grimy and degraded with some makeup stains near the base. Dimensions: 15" x 9.5" x 12.5" (38.25 cm x 24.25 cm x 31.75 cm)
