Major's distressed tactical ensemble with Hideo Kuze's holstered pistol from Paramount Pictures' Ghost in the Shell. Based on the popular manga series and subsequent anime film, the live-action film followed a cyber-enhanced woman who used her skills to fight criminals. Major wore her tactical ensemble when she fought the spider tank.

The jacket (marked "Hero") and pants are made of nylon, with the pants featuring foam and plastic armor pieces fixed to the knees and shins. The chest armor piece (marked "Hero Major Stage 1 mic friendly") is made of nylon and foam and adheres to the costume with fastening strips. A pair of U.S. size 8.5 boots (marked "Major"), a gray tank top, nylon belt, and gray and white mismatched gloves (marked "Hero Stage 1") complete the costume, which was distressed by production. Also included is a plastic pistol in a belted holster (marked "Hero Kuze Set") and a belted holster with a rubber magazine. The costume and pistol exhibit some wear from use.
