A vinyl LP of George Michael's debut solo studio album Faith, autographed by the singer, accompanied by a five-page call sheet for his 1989 Diet Coke commercial directed by Stephen Frears.

Released in October 1987, Faith sold over 25 million copies worldwide, producing four number-one singles and earning numerous accolades, including Album of the Year at the 31st Grammy Awards.

The call sheet is a five-page document detailing two of the shooting days for the Diet Coke commercial featuring the singer preparing to perform at Madison Square Garden.

The LP cover has been signed on the verso by George Michael with a dedication "To Mike". The piece shows some wear including small areas of paper loss. Dimensions (LP): 32 cm x 32 cm (12.5" x 12.5")
