This is Warr. Off. Paul Brenner’s (John Travolta) Army Dress uniform from the military thriller The General’s Daughter. Brenner can be seen wearing this uniform throughout the film’s climactic scenes as he unravels the facts behind the mysterious death of Capt. Elizabeth Campbell (Leslie Stefanson). The costume, custom made for Travolta, consists of a green coat with multiple pockets and gold Army service buttons, matching green trousers, light green long-sleeve button-up shirt, black tie, and a pair of shiny black dress shoes. The coat features various pins, Army buttons, and patches throughout, even Brenner’s name tag on the right chest. Best of all, the costume jacket, pants, and shirt still include the original sewn-in costume tags which feature Travolta’s name or initials, as well as the date “July, 1998”. The entire costume features light production wear but overall remains in very good condition.
