Daenerys Targaryen's (Emilia Clarke) horse heart from HBO's award-winning fantasy television series Game of Thrones. In Season 1 Episode 6, Daenerys ate a raw horse's heart as part of a Dothraki pregnancy ritual to ensure her unborn son's well-being. Arguably the most successful TV show of all time, Game of Thrones won 59 Emmy Awards out of 164 nominations. Season 1 received 13 nominations and two wins at the 63rd Emmy Awards in 2011. One of these nominations was in the "Outstanding Special Visual Effects for a Series" category.

The heart is made of polyurethane foam and painted red. Two types of hearts were created for the scene: edible hearts and stand-in hearts. This is a stand-in version made for shots where Clarke was holding the heart but not eating it, required to ensure the edible versions remained hygienic and undamaged while the actor was not taking bites. All the hearts were made from the same sculpt, while this stand-in version is the only one of its kind known to exist.

A display stand comprising a wooden base and a metal rod accompanies the heart. Dimensions: 21.5 cm x 16 cm x 11.5 cm (8.5" x 6.25" x 4.5")
