Forrest Gump's (Tom Hanks) letter from Robert Zemeckis' historical drama Forrest Gump. Forrest received a letter from "fruit company" Apple Computer, Inc. after Lieutenant Dan (Gary Sinise) invested their shrimp earnings in its stock.

This lot consists of a letter typewritten on Apple Computer, Inc. letterheaded paper dated "September 23, 1975" and addressed to "Mr. Forrest Gump" by "J. Wellington Bigby, Chief Financial Officer," as well as a corresponding Apple Computer, Inc. envelope with a Cupertino, CA stamp. The letter is folded into thirds and the envelope comes unsealed. Dimensions (letter): 28 cm x 21.5 cm (11" x 8 1/2")
