Our expert's notes

Captain Daniel McCormick's (Mel Gibson) costume from Steve Miner's Forever Young. Daniel wore his costume while he went to the library with Nat Cooper (Elijah Woods) and his friend Felix (Robert Hy Gorman) to figure out what happened to the world in the last 50 years while Daniel was in suspended animation.

Originating from prominent Hollywood collector and auctioneer Heather Holmberg, this lot consists of a light blue denim cotton Perry Ellis Portfolio chambray long sleeve button down shirt (size 15 1/2, 34-35); and a pair of beige cotton Polo Ralph Lauren khaki pants (size W32, L33). This lot exhibits discoloration on the shirt and grime on the pants.
