A set of five maquettes from the production of Brian Levant's comedy The Flintstones. Maquettes were supplied for the film by Jim Henson's Creature Shop and were used by the visual-effects department as master reference for colour matching and CGI modelling.

The set comprises a green-and-brown brontosaurus; a green-and-brown "pigasaurus"; a brown mammoth; a red hedgehog-like creature climbing a tree stump on a black wooden base; and a red-and-black armadillo-like creature on a black wooden base, in the corner of which is the "Jim Henson Creature Shop London" logo. A brontosaurus appeared as Fred Flintstone's (John Goodman) bronto-crane at his Slate & Co workplace, while the Flintstone home had a pigasaurus waste disposal unit and a mammoth shower head.

The maquettes are made of cast resin, and the mammoth and pigasaurus have acrylic eyes. Expertly painted, the maquettes exhibit highly intricate detailing and texturing. Dimensions (largest): 114 cm x 21 cm x 32 cm (45" x 8 1/2" x 12 1/2")
