Framed People's Choice Award and British Academy Award from Adrian Lyne's Flashdance. Welder and nightly exotic dancer Alexandra Owens (Jennifer Beals) aspired to be a ballet dancer despite her lack of formal dance training.

The film won a People's Choice Award for Favorite Motion Picture and an award given to film editors Bud Smith and Walt Mulconery for Excellence in the Craft of Editing. These awards come mounted in black wooden frames with white matting added to the People's Choice Award. These frames exhibit tearing to the backings. Dimensions: (largest) 14" x 17" x 1" (35.75 cm x 43.25 cm x 2.75 cm)
