Batman's stunt Batsuit costume from The Flash. Batman donned his iconic Batsuit once more upon coming out of retirement to aid the titular speedster in his battle against General Zod. This Batsuit was designed to be a direct continuation of the Batman Returns design, taking the Batsuit's more armored appearance introduced in Batman Returns to replace the muscular sculpt of the 1989 film and updating it to reflect many years of improvements made to the Batsuit throughout Batman's crime-fighting career.
This costume consists of one black silicone cowl with pointed ears, a sculpted brow, connection points for attaching it to the bodysuit, and a black and yellow Bat Emblem; one black silicone bodysuit with a black elastane underlayer, simulated body armor including hard urethane chest and shoulder armor, a zipper and fastening strips on the back, fasteners around the neck for attaching the cowl, and an opening on the chest for the Bat Emblem would be inserted; a matching black utility belt with a buckle and small tube-like capsules on the front, and two larger capsules and a nylon strap closure on the back; a black nylon polyester velveteen cape; black gauntlets with attached fins; matching armored black gloves; and knee-high black leather, rubber, and silicone boots with side zippers. The bodysuit, one glove, and the boots are hand-marked for the stunt performer. The costume exhibits some scuffing, dirt on the base of the cape, and adhesive residue around the neck and back. This costume is currently dressed on a mannequin for display; the mannequin will be included.
