The Narrator’s (Edward Norton) driving license from David Fincher’s 1999 twisted drama Fight Club.

When desperate insomniac, a man known as the Narrator (Edward Norton) decides he needs an escape from the humdrum of his ordinary life. He meets the charismatic Tyler Durden (Brad Pitt); a man who is the antithesis of himself. The pair start a bare-knuckle fight club, wreak havoc on society and terrorize the society around them.

The licence belongs to the lead character, known as the Narrator (Norton). It features official details of the Narrator, including license number, date of birth, expiry date, name, address, social security number, distinguishing features and his signature. It is interesting to note that on the Narrator’s license, it states his name is Jack Moore and that his address is his condo that he blew up. The license also feature photos and the Department of Motor Vehicles badge.

Although it is not directly seen in the film, there is a scene where the Narrator goes into Durden’s bedroom and sees dozens of driver’s licenses stuck to the back of the door, with the sign ‘Human Sacrifices’ over the top. It is possible that these licenses were used here. It is in excellent condition.
