Korben Dallas' (Bruce Willis) winning contest ticket from Luc Besson's sci-fi adventure The Fifth Element. General Munro (Brion James) rigged the annual Gemini Croquette Contest, so Korben Dallas would win and receive the prize: two tickets to board the space cruise ship Fhloston Paradise. Munro ambushed Dallas' apartment and presented him with the tickets.

The two clear acetate tickets feature the flight details and Dallas' name. They both sit on top of a yellow card with a semi-circular "Winner" title which pops up when slid out of the envelope via two small springs. The tickets come presented in an open "NYC Mail" envelope housed in a plastic sleeve. There are small holes and signs of wear on the plastic sleeve. Dimensions (in envelope): 24 cm x 11 cm x 0.5 cm (9 1/2" x 4 1/4" x 1/4")
