A Mangalore head and hands from Luc Besson's sci-fi adventure The Fifth Element. Hired by Zorg (Gary Oldman), the alien Mangalores pursued Leeloo (Milla Jovovich) and Korben Dallas (Bruce Willis) throughout the film in search of the Mondoshawan elemental stones.

Made of foam latex painted in shades of mottled brown, the detailed mask exhibits two eye holes and a set of intentionally discoloured teeth. The mask is adhered to a champagne stretch-fabric collar, with plastic tubing around the bottom to add structure.

The one-piece foam-latex gloves feature raised vein-like detailing and four large fingers complete with nails. Presented on custom-made displays, the lot shows paint wear and cracking, and some minor tears are present on the hands. The bottom edge of the foam latex has started to peel away from the collar. Dimensions (head, displayed): 38 cm x 34 cm x 55 cm (15" x 13 1/4" x 21 1/2"); (hands displayed): 20.5 cm x 36 cm x 25 cm (8" x 14 1/4" x 9 3/4")
