Billy "The Kid" Timmons' (Liam Hemsworth) Stunt Barrett M107 used in the 2012 action sequel, The Expendables 2. This rifle can be seen throughout the film, most noticeably during his mission in Albania.
Made from dense rubber, this stunt firearm was cast from an actual M107 and includes original manufacturer markings on the sides of the weapon. This piece includes a custom made muzzle break, two static closed tripod stands and a large top mounted scope. Stunt weapons such as this piece are commonly used for distance shots where a hero piece is not needed; they are lighter and therefore easier for the actors to handle. They are also used for stunt sequences where the actor could possibly fall on the prop and injure themselves if they were holding the hero version.
This piece measures 4" x 12.5" x 51" (10cm x 32cm x 130cm) and features minor wear from production use, including a break in the rubber located at one of the tripod legs, however it remains in overall very good condition.
The violent crime reduction bill means that this particular prop can only be sold to customers who reside outside the UK. Generally speaking, it is illegal for a resident of the UK to buy this item.
