Barney Ross' (Sylvester Stallone) Stunt Noveske Assault Rifle used in Simon West's 2012 action sequel, The Expendables 2. In the film, Mr. Church (Bruce Willis) reunites the Expendables team for another mission. This rifle can be seen during the rescue mission in the beginning of the film and also later while the crew is searching for the crash site of a Chinese jet.
This stunt Noveske Rifleworks Diplomat comes equipped with an EOTech sight and Surefire M900 weapon-light fore-grip. This exact combination of the firearm is only used by Stallone in the film. Cast from an actual Noveske, this rubber stunt version features original imprinted factory markings on the sides of the firearm. Stunt weapons such as this piece are commonly used for distance shots where a hero piece is not needed; they are lighter and therefore easier for the actors to handle. They are also used for stunt sequences in which the actor could possibly fall on the prop and injure themselves if they were holding the hero version.
This item displays light wear from production use, however it remains in very good condition.
