The Deadite form of Scott's (Richard DeManincor) facial appliance from Sam Raimi's The Evil Dead. After being possessed by evil forces, Scott's face contorted into its terrifying Deadite form before he attacked Ash Williams (Bruce Campbell).

This latex facial appliance, from the personal collection of special effects artist Tom Sullivan, was cast from a mold of a sculpture and painted brown, black, and red. It features a unique dog-like nose. It exhibits discoloration and tearing along the edges from use and age.
