Tom Sullivan's personal annotated script with hand-Illustrated front and back covers from the production of Sam Raimi's The Evil Dead. At the time of filming, the project was then under the working title The Book of the Dead.

This 68-page script, from the personal collection of special effects artist Tom Sullivan, features hand-written annotations by Sullivan throughout and custom front and back covers hand-illustrated by Sullivan. The front, signed "T. Sullivan 79," depicts a pile of severed heads on a book under the title "Sam Raimi's Book of the Dead" with an illustration of a scroll featuring copyright info and the date "10/13/79." The back, also signed "T. Sullivan 79," depicts a skull with flowing red swirls around it. The script is currently bound with a twist-tie. It exhibits yellowing, creasing, and tearing from use and age. Dimensions: 8.5" x 11" x 0.5" (21.75 cm x 28 cm x 1.5 cm)
