The Deadite form of Shelly's (Theresa Tilly) burned facial appliances from Sam Raimi's The Evil Dead. When the Deadite Shelly attacked him, Scott (Richard DeManincor) threw Shelly toward the fireplace, and her face landed in the fire and became severely burned.

This facial appliance, from the personal collection of special effects artist Tom Sullivan, is made of latex and tissue, painted brown and red with black embellishments to resemble burned flesh. It consists of one large, three-quarter facial appliance with teeth and a smaller secondary component. It exhibits some wear from use and age, including some paint loss as well as drying and cracking in the latex.
