The Deadite form of Henrietta Knowby's (Ted Raimi) stop-motion head and a production-made plaster head casting from Sam Raimi's Evil Dead II. During its final fight against Ash Williams (Bruce Campbell) in the film's finale, the Deadite form of Henrietta transformed from a bloated corpse to a hideous monster, and her head drastically changed its shape.

This lot, from the personal collection of special effects artist Tom Sullivan, consists of one stop-motion puppet head of Henrietta in human form and one production-made plaster casting of Henrietta in monstrous form. The stop-motion head, made of latex and foam over metal wiring, features bulging eyes, gray and purple painted skin, tufts of white hair adhered to the top, and an opening cut into the back. The casting is made of unpainted white plaster and depicts the deadite with a large open mouth. The stop-motion head exhibits some paint loss and cracking in the foam, while the casting exhibits some discoloration. Dimensions: (largest) 4" x 5.5" x 7" (10.25 cm x 14 cm x 18 cm)
