Deadite Henrietta Knowby's (Ted Raimi) full-size decapitated neck from Sam Raimi's Evil Dead II. In a sequence combining stop-motion animation with live-action puppetry and costume work, Henrietta transformed into a long-necked Deadite monster while battling Ash Williams (Bruce Campbell), who eventually defeated Henrietta by cutting off her head.

This long foam latex neck is sculpted to resemble rotten and mottled flesh with latex skin painted in various flesh and bruise-color tones. A rubber hose runs through the neck, which would have been used to pump the pink steam out of the open neck wound, and torn elastic straps are attached to the base of the neck. Though the latex remains largely supple for its age, the neck exhibits tears, rips, and flaking in places, as well as exposed interior foam with pink staining inside and a notable seam from the molding process.
