A full-size, light-up screen-matched County General Hospital emergency room sign from Michael Crichton's medical drama series ER. County's staff and visitors passed by its exterior sign throughout the series, including the finale episode, to which grime and streaking on this sign screen-match.

This wooden sign features four paper-covered blue and red plastic panels reading, from top down, "County General Hospital," "Emergency," "Main Entrance," and "Visitor Parking." AC power cords set into the reverse illuminates it. The sign exhibits extensive griminess from years of production use and exposure, and panel warping at the bottom and center. Dimensions: 48.5" x 72" x 12" (123.25 cm x 183 cm x 30.5 cm)
