Robert Clayton Dean’s (Will Smith) business card from Tony Scott’s 1998 conspiracy thriller, Enemy of the State
Lawyer Robert Clayton Dean (Smith) finds himself the target from the treacherous NSA when a chance encounter with an old friend (Jason Lee) lands him with evidence of a politically-motivated murder. While on the run, Dean comes into contact with a former government operative and expert in surveillance, Brill (Gene Hackman) who is his only hope to return to normality.
This business card belonging to Dean (Smith) can be seen when he is shopping for a Christmas present for his wife in a lingerie store. An old college friend, Daniel Zavitz (Jason Lee) runs into Dean as he is being chased by NSA officials. Dean hands Zavitz his card and asks him to get in touch. The same card is then pulled from Zavitz’s pocket after he is killed as a result of the chase.
The card features details of Dean’s work. The name of his law firm; ‘SETH | SILVERBERG | DAVIS + ASSOCIATES’ is printed along the top. Dean’s full name and job title ‘Attorney at Law’ is printed underneath this, with the office address, phone number, personal extension and his email address. The card is white with a stylish fleck design, and all text is printed in blue and black in bold, capital letters. The back of the card is plain.
The card remains in excellent production-used condition.
