A People's Choice Award for Favorite New Song awarded to Lionel Richie's theme song "Endless Love" from Franco Zeffirelli's romantic drama Endless Love. The award was given at the 8th annual ceremony held March 18, 1992.

This glass award is sculpted by Orrefors of Sweden with an image of hands clapping within a flame etched into the teardrop-shaped center and "The People's Choice Award 1982 ENDLESS LOVE Favorite New Song" etched into the square base. Four clear rubber covers are applied to the bottom. The award exhibits fingerprints and minor scratches throughout from handling. Dimensions: 5" x 4" x 14" (12.75 cm x 10.25 cm x 35.75 cm)
