A Stunt Rubber Flash Gun from Gavin Hood’s 2012 sci-fi adaptation, Ender’s Game. In the film, Ender Wiggin (Asa Butterfield) is recruited to lead the International Fleet against the alien race known as Formics. These guns were made for use by the young cadets when training in the zero gravity Battle Room. The stun guns attached to the thigh of their Flash Suits via magnets and were used to freeze their opponents. Stunt guns like this piece were made for use when a resin gun was unnecessary.

This gun is made largely of foam rubber. The gun also features resin handle, side, and butt pieces. The piece has been painted silver, copper, blue and black to match the hero guns created for the film. The connector magnet is noticeably missing from the lefts side of the gun. The gun measures 10” x 7” x 1” (25 cm x 18 cm x 3 cm) and remains in fair condition.
