An Incomplete Flash Gun from Gavin Hood’s 2012 sci-fi adaptation, Ender’s Game. In the film, Ender Wiggin (Asa Butterfield) is recruited to lead the International Fleet against the alien race known as Formics. These guns were made for use by the young cadets when training in the zero gravity Battle Room. The stun guns attached to the thigh of their Flash Suits via magnets and were used to freeze their opponents.

This gun is made largely of molded and 3D printed resin pieces. The piece remains unfinished by production, most notably due to its lack of working lights, missing right cover piece, and detachment of the butt from the rest of the gun. Apart from this, the gun is fully painted and features only light ware from production. The gun measures 10” x 7” x 1” (25 cm x 18 cm x 3 cm) and remains in good condition.
