A Formic Mask Flag from Gavin Hood’s 2012 sci-fi adaptation, Ender’s Game. In the film, Ender is recruited to lead the International Fleet against the alien race known as Formics. This mask is screen-matched with the mask used in the scene in which Ender’s brother, Peter (Jimmy “Jax” Pinchack) forces Ender to play “formics and astronauts” when Ender first returns from military school.

This rubber mask features brown and metallic green paint detailing to make it appear insect-like and brown mesh covering its eyeholes. The piece measures 17” x 12” x 8” (43cm x 31cm x 21cm) and has sustained minimal damage from production. Overall, the mask is in excellent condition.
