A Formic Egg Pair from Gavin Hood’s 2012 sci-fi adaption, Ender’s Game. In the film, Ender Wiggin (Asa Butterfield) is recruited to lead the International Fleet against the Formic race. A similar egg can be seen in the scene when Ender meets face to face with the Formic queen.

These eggs are hollow molded resin. The pieces feature a high level of detail, including ridges, bulges, and veins. Each egg features a hole in the underside, most likely to allow a light to be fitted within. Individually each egg measures roughly 9” x 6” x 8” (23cm x 15cm x 20cm). Both eggs show limited wear from production use, but remain in great condition.
