A light-up flash gun and charger from Gavin Hood's Ender's Game. Young cadets of the International Fleet, including new recruit Ender Wiggin (Asa Butterfield), used charged flash guns in the zero-gravity Battle Room training for the upcoming war against the Formics.
This futuristic flash gun and charging device originated from Summit Entertainment. The cast and 3D-printed resin gun is painted to appear metallic, affixed via magnetic closures, and inset with 3V battery powered LED lights on each side of the barrel. The lights are designed to illuminate in different sequences by pressing the trigger. Also included is a cast resin charger with a magnetic flash gun mount at center, a magnetized bottom for mounting, and LEDs installed under six slits on top. The LEDs are designed to illuminate via a concealed button and to alternate between red and green sequences via a switch on the side.
The gun and charger exhibit cracking and splitting along the edges and paint flaking throughout from production use and age. Dimensions: (largest) 11" x 10" x 3" (28 cm x 25.5 cm x 7.75 cm)
