Max Da Costa (Matt Damon) SFX surgery head from Neill Blomkamp's Elysium. Max was surgically outfitted with a HULC exoskeleton in an agreement to steal sensitive information in exchange for medical treatment on Elysium after he'd been exposed to a lethal dose of radiation that rapidly deteriorated his body.

This life-like SFX head is made of silicone over a metal and fiberglass armature with hand-punched hair. It has two production-made cuts, one at the back of the head and one on the side of the face. The head contains two colored tubes, as well as paper towels covered in stage blood. The interior of the head is hand-marked "Use Only." This lot exhibits mild discoloration on the chest, and has raw edges along the cut portions of silicone, as well as minor flaking at the back of the head.
