Kim's (Winona Ryder) dress from Tim Burton's Edward Scissorhands. The young woman who slowly begins to understand and love the innocent and unique being that is Edward can be seen in this style of dress for the final scenes of the movie as the town begins to turn against Edward and his unconventional look.

Edward Scissorhands was nominated for a total of 24 awards, ultimately winning 10, including a Saturn Award® for Best Fantasy Film, a Hugo Award® for Best Dramatic Presentation awarded to Tim Burton and Caroline Thompson, and a 2011 Felix Award® to Danny Elfman for Best Original Score.

The strapless dress is made from off-white silk with a lightly dotted gauze layer over the top and layered skirts and features 3/4 length sleeves, a large silk-covered buckle, silk around the neckline which repeats around the sleeves, a row of small buttons running down the front, and a zip closure at the back. The back collar is inscribed inside in black pen, and although the ink has bled out slightly it is the right shape and size to read "Kim." This dress exhibits fading fabric around the buckle.
