A bound, security-stamped shooting script from the production of Steven Spielberg's E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. Originally titled "A Boy's Life" in reference to main character Elliott (Henry Thomas), the film received nine Academy Award® nominations upon release, including for Melissa Mathison's script.

After a massively successful theatrical run, E.T. went on to become the highest-grossing motion picture of all time in 1983 and to sell more than 15 million E.T. dolls in its first year of release. Inspiring more than $1 billion in merchandising sales, the character is today known worldwide as one of the most beloved in all of science-fiction cinema, and is widely considered Rambaldi's signature creation.

This 116 pages, brass brad-bound shooting script is dated August 21, 1981 with revision pages printed on colored paper. Each page of this script features the red security stamp "BOYS00075." It exhibits minor discoloration, edge wear, and creasing from production use. Dimensions: 8.5" x 11" x 1" (21.75 cm x 28 cm x 2.75 cm)
